We are excited to have another Costa Rica on our roast menu! This time from the Hacienda Sonora farm in the Central Valley. Coffee coming from this region is known for being extremely well balanced with flavors of nuts, cocoa and citrus. The volcanic soil is rich in nutrients and organic matter which give it the distinct bright acidity and make it a prime coffee growing region. The last photo included was taken from a special little trip we took to the Central Valley.
