Located up above Antigua in the mountains, El Pesadero farm is surrounded by volcanos on three sides.  The various varieties on grown here are primarily shade grown plants which grow in the rich volcanic soil.  If you like notes of dark chocolate, cocoa, with a balanced sweetness this makes for a balanced cup.  Espresso drinkers, you will be excited about the crema this beans produces in your shots!
