Guatemala Huehuetenango

This Arabica bean from the western highland region of Guatemala is a fantastic example of the richness and complexity a washed process bean can have.  This non volcanic growing region lends itself well to picking up flavors of sweet tanginess while maintaining the depth and fully body undertones of chocolate and nutty caramel.  A truly fantastic cup.
