NC01 Blend

We teamed up with Group B for this months Menu car owned by Moui, wearing Group B's NC01 wheels.  This special NC01 Blend of our Guatemala Acatenango Pacamara & Colombia La Luisa Caturra is a flavor banger!  The first flavors you'll be met with are a sweet but tangy raspberry flavor as you continue through the sip it'll be followed by some light floral tea notes and then finished with a nutty fudge note.  We have a Guatemala Pacamara heavy ratio of 87% which allows the complexity of the massive bean to shine through while the much smaller citric fruiter Caturra bean with a ratio of only 13% gently enhances the sip without being too overpowering.
